Gert Verhoeven

Calalogue/artistbook published on the occasion of an exhibition in Deurle, Museum Dhondt-Dhaenens, May 4th – June 22nd, 2003. Designed in dialogue with the artist. For this exhibition, Gert Verhoeven used the works of the collection Dhondt-Dhaenens but also the infrastructure itself was part of it. He subdivided the works of the collection into several categories: Women/Men/Kids/Groups/Stillife/ Landscapes. This structure is displayed in the book. The different categories are presented on pages which may fold out. On the cover, the old logo of the museum is confronted with the new one. On the title page, one sees a picture of one of the ceiling spotlight in the museum.
