Matthys-Colle Collection

This book documents the private collection from Roger and Hilda Matthys-Colle. This large collection includes modern and contemporary works from among others René Magritte, Jean Tinguely, Andy Warhol, Tom Wesselmann but also works from many conceptual (a.o.: Sol Lewitt, Lawrence Weiner, Gilbert & George) and more contemporary artists (a.o.: Franz West, Thomas Schütte). Many art movements are represented as there are Cobra, Pop Art, Minimal Art, Concept Art and Arte Povera. From July 1st until September 23rd the museum Dhondt-Dhaenens (MDD) presents a selection from the collection.
